Apple has launched AppleCare One, a new single-plan option that allows customers to cover multiple Apple products for an affordable price of $19.99 per month. The plan protects up to three devices, and additional items can be added at $5.99 per month.
With AppleCare One, customers receive comprehensive coverage, including unlimited repairs for accidents like drops and spills, 24/7 priority support from Apple experts, quick and convenient service, and battery coverage. The plan also expands theft and loss protection to cover iPad and Apple Watch.
One of the key benefits of AppleCare One is that it offers a more affordable option compared to purchasing separate AppleCare+ plans for individual devices. For example, customers can save up to $11 per month by enrolling in AppleCare One instead of separate plans for their iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
Additionally, AppleCare One allows customers to add already-owned eligible devices that are up to four years old if they are in good condition. This provides more opportunities for customers to protect their devices beyond the current 60-day window to purchase AppleCare+.
The plan also simplifies management by automatically removing a covered product from the plan when it is traded in directly to Apple, and allowing customers to easily maintain coverage for as long as they want across multiple products.
