A new report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman indicates that the iPhone 17 Pro will not have a drastically different design as previously thought. Instead, it is expected to look more similar to its predecessor, the iPhone 16 Pro. The key difference lies in the back camera, which will feature the same three-lens arrangement but on a new panel that spans the width of the phone.
Current rumors about the iPhone 17 Pro’s color scheme have also been debunked, with Gurman stating that the device will not have a two-tone design as previously shown. The camera area will instead match the rest of the device in terms of color.
Gurman suggests that significant design changes will occur when Apple releases its next-generation iPhones in 2027 to celebrate the iPhone’s 20th birthday.
