Apple M4 Chip MacBook Air Launch Confirmed

Apple CEO Tim Cook hinted at an upcoming product drop, with strong rumors pointing towards the M4 chip-equipped MacBook Air. The March launch prediction by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman seems to be on track, considering today marks the first business day in the month.

The new MacBook Air is expected to come in 13-inch and 15-inch versions, powered by the same M4 chip that drives the 2024 MacBook Pro and iMac. Key features include increased RAM from 24GB to 32GB, a 12MP Center Stage camera, and improved performance due to the more powerful chipset.

Additionally, the new laptop might feature Thunderbolt 4 ports for enhanced external display support. Although an iPad Air launch is also rumored, it’s uncertain whether the M4 MacBook Air will debut first or as part of a potential combo with the new tablet. With Cook’s teaser and Gurman’s prediction, fans can expect more news soon on Apple’s upcoming product release.
