Apple Releases WatchOS 11.3 Beta 3 Update, No Big Features

Apple has released the third beta version of watchOS 11.3 for compatible devices just hours after the recent release for tvOS and HomePod users. The update brings no significant new features, with only minor changes such as support for robot vacuums, a Calculator app fix, and Genmoji on Mac.

This beta cycle has been relatively quiet so far, with Apple introducing few notable updates across its platforms. In contrast to previous years where the x.x releases were sparsely featured, the three betas released last winter also wrapped up quickly without much fanfare.

It’s possible that this trend will repeat itself, with a short beta cycle potentially leading to an early public launch of these updates before the end of January. However, releases for iPhone, iPad, and Mac are still missing, awaiting their turn in the beta cycle.

With no major changes to report, users may be wondering if they need to install the latest watchOS 11.3 update. If you’ve installed it, share your findings with us in the comments below.
