Apple to Introduce AI Features on Vision Pro Headset in April

Apple has announced that its Apple Intelligence suite of artificial intelligence features will be added to the company’s mixed-reality headset, Vision Pro, in April.

The new software update, visionOS 2.4, will support U.S. English and introduce several new AI-powered tools, including Writing Tools for proofreading and summarizing text, ChatGPT integration for composing text, and Genmoji for creating emojis. The update will also feature a curated selection of photos and videos in the Spatial Gallery app.

In addition to Vision Pro, Apple Intelligence on other devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac will expand to include more languages and regions with the release of iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4 in April. This includes French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (simplified), and localized English for Singapore and India.

The new software updates will bring more capabilities to Siri and enhance the overall user experience on Apple devices. The company’s visionOS 2.4 update is set to roll out in beta form in April, with more features and support for other languages to be added throughout the year.
