Apple to Release Multiple iOS Updates by End-April

Apple is set to release at least three iOS versions before the end of April, including iOS 18.2.1, iOS 18.3, and iOS 18.4.

The first update, iOS 18.2.1, will be a minor patch with “important bug fixes” as reported by Apple’s internal testing. While details are scarce, this update should address security vulnerabilities without any major new features.

In contrast, iOS 18.3 is in beta and has been since mid-December. The update is expected to include robot vacuum support in the Home app for iPhone users with the feature not yet live. However, minor changes such as an updated Image Playground icon and bug fixes are notable.

The most significant upcoming update is iOS 18.4, which will bring several new Apple Intelligence enhancements for Siri, including on-screen awareness and deeper per-app controls. Support for multiple languages will also be added to the feature. The exact release date for this update has not been confirmed but is expected by April according to Apple’s website.

These updates are part of a series of iOS releases before the end of April, and more information will become available as testing continues.
