Apple TV+ Raises Monthly Subscription Price by 30%

Apple has announced that the monthly subscription price for its streaming service, Apple TV+, will increase from $9.99 to $12.99, a 30% hike. The change is effective immediately and will be reflected in customer bills within the next 30 days.

However, the annual plan and Apple One bundle will remain unchanged at $99.99 per year and $19.95 per month, respectively. Apple TV+ boasts an extensive library of original content, including “Severance,” “Ted Lasso,” and “The Morning Show,” which is ad-free.

This marks the third price increase for the service since its launch in 2019. Despite this change, Apple highlighted its upcoming premieres, including new seasons of “The Morning Show” and “Slow Horses,” as well as original films like “Highest 2 Lowest.”
