Ariel Emanuel Urges Justin Baldioni to Let Legal Process Play Out

Talent agency executive Ariel Emanuel is calling on Justin Baldioni, the director of It Ends With Us, to let the legal process play out in his ongoing battle with Blake Lively. After being dropped as a client by WME in December, Baldioni, 41, has been accused of sexual harassment and defamation by Lively, 37.

Emanuel appeared on a live podcast and expressed support for Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds amid their legal dispute. He believes that Baldioni and his co-producer Jamey Heath used social media to intimidate and smear Lively’s name, but should stop such tactics.

“If they think they’re innocent, they should let the process play itself out,” Emanuel said. “Social media is a good thing when it connects stars with fans, but these two guys used it in an evil way.” He also stated that Baldioni and Heath should stop using social media to hurt others and instead focus on their defense.

The legal battle between Lively, Reynolds, and Baldioni’s production company Wayfarer Studios has been ongoing for several months. The case is set for a civil trial on March 9, 2026.
