Armie Hammer has discussed his life since leaving Hollywood in 2021 during a recent episode of podcast “Your Mom’s House.” The actor, who faced multiple allegations of sexual misconduct and cannibalistic fantasies, said the world was focused on sensational stories rather than people’s personal unhappiness.
Hammer was accused of rape and other acts of violence by his ex-partner Effie Angelova in 2021. He quit social media amidst the scandal and later sold timeshares in the Cayman Islands before being cleared of charges in May 2023 due to insufficient evidence.
In a conversation with hosts Christina Pazsitzy and Tom Segura, Hammer spoke about his sexuality, stating he enjoys intimate role-play involving possession and control. He claimed others judge his private conversations out of context, making him feel like he’s been “left standing naked” with his desires exposed.
Hammer has since moved into a tiny apartment, analyzing his sex drive and speculating on why women may not view him positively. He also ponders the impact on his children, knowing they will potentially undergo therapy to address their feelings towards him.
The actor briefly returned to acting in 2023 with a music video appearance, followed by an upcoming role in the Western film “Frontier Crucible.”
