ASRock has released pictures online of its custom Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT GPU models, giving fans a glimpse into the company’s upcoming offerings. The three SKUs – Steel Legend, Taichi, and Challenger – are expected to launch soon, with AMD rumored to start pre-orders in about a week.
The Taichi series appears to be ASRock’s flagship model, featuring an elegant triple-fan design and a beefy heatsink. Notably, the 12V-2×6 power connector, which supports up to 600W of power delivery, is only available on some models. This suggests that AMD has left it up to AIB partners to decide whether to include this feature.
The Steel Legend variant is said to be a mid-range offering with both white and silver color schemes, sporting a 2.5-slot triple fan design. However, it lacks the 12V-2×6 connector in favor of two standard 8-pin connectors. These SKUs are expected to launch around the same time as AMD’s official RX 9070 series GPUs, which may begin pre-orders soon.
