Nvidia’s high-end ROG series has finally made its way to more affordable markets with the release of the RTX 5080 Dhahab Core and RTX 5090 OC. The gold-clad cards are now available worldwide, with prices starting at $2,600 for the 5080 model.
The gold-plated RTX 5090 OC is listed at a discounted price of $9,205, which represents an 11% reduction from its original MSRP. This significant discount has made the card more accessible to enthusiasts and collectors alike.
Although the original announcement claimed that these cards would only be available in the Middle East, Microless, a UAE-based retailer, now offers worldwide shipping for both models. This means that customers outside of the region can purchase these exclusive cards.
The RTX 5080 Dhahab Core is listed at $2,589, which represents an astonishing 158.9% price increase from its standard MSRP. However, when you consider the value added by the real gold cladding – approximately $700 worth – the price becomes more justifiable.
Both models share the same design, featuring a die-cast frame with golden accents and blue highlights inspired by Middle Eastern culture. The card’s dimensions and cooling system remain identical to its standard ROG Astral variants.
The RTX 5080 Dhahab Core is available on Newegg for $2,699, while the RTX 5090 OC is listed at a discounted price of $9,205. Despite their exorbitant prices, these cards offer unparalleled bragging rights to those who can afford them.
