The Nebraska Athletic Department has announced that top volleyball teams from across the country will compete in the AVCA First Serve Showcase in Lincoln. The event, set to take place August 22-24, will feature 10 of the nation’s best teams playing in doubleheader matches at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Participating teams include Nebraska, Creighton, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Stanford, Florida, Kansas, Vanderbilt, Texas A&M, and Minnesota. While all matchups have been set, the order and match times remain to be determined.
Ticket presales will begin on March 7, with a limited time for three-day packages. The general public sale starts on March 14, and tickets can also be purchased in two-day packages (Friday/Sunday) or single-day tickets starting April 18.
