Mayor Brandon Scott has announced traffic updates for this Memorial Day weekend and Artscape festival in Baltimore. The city’s Emergency Operations Center will be activated from May 24 to May 26, at a Level II “partial Activation.” Several streets will be closed, including those from Thursday, May 22, until Monday, May 26, at 12:00 a.m. Additional closures are planned for Friday, May 23, from 2:00 p.m. to the same time on Monday.
Motorists are advised to pay attention to posted parking restrictions, which began on Tuesday, May 20. Vehicles parked in prohibited areas may be ticketed or towed. For more information, visit the Baltimore City Department of Transportation’s website.
