Bandai Namco shares surged after the company announced plans to release a new title for its popular action role-playing game “Elden Ring.” The new game, titled “Elden Ring Nightreign,” is set to be released in overseas markets next year. Developer FromSoftware will handle the Japan publication.
The move comes amid the success of Elden Ring’s 28.6 million copies sold worldwide since its release in February 2022. Bandai Namco has redesigned the new title to offer a fresh experience while retaining key elements, such as enemies and arms.
