Art dealer MyArtBroker has suggested that it may touch on perspective, meaning, and marginalized voices due to Marseille’s status as a hub for migration and cultural exchange.
The quote used by Banksy bears similarities to a song by country band Lonestar, but its origin remains unclear. This artwork follows other recent works by Banksy in London, including animal-themed pieces and one featuring a gorilla at the London Zoo.
