Beyoncé has announced her first stadium tour since 2023’s Renaissance World Tour to support her latest album “Cowboy Carter”. The 22-date tour will kick off on April 28 in Los Angeles and visit eight cities, including London and Paris. Presales begin February 11, followed by general ticket sales on February 14.
The tour follows the release of Beyoncé’s third act in a trilogy, with the first two albums being Renaissance Act I and Cowboy Carter Act II. The stage design for this tour is inspired by retro dance styles, drawing parallels to Fritz Lang’s ‘Metropolis’ and the 1990 documentary ‘Paris Is Burning’.
Beyoncé initially teased the tour date on January 14 but postponed it due to the California wildfires. The announcement was later revealed through her Instagram post listing the cities with a simple message.
“Cowboy Carter” has garnered critical acclaim for its genre-bending approach to American pop history, incorporating multiple styles and genres. Beyoncé’s album won three Grammys, bringing her total to 35 Grammy wins and cementing her status as the artist with the most trophies and nominations.
