Beyoncé Brings Holiday Cheer to Houston Texans-Ravens Game

Beyoncé surprised fans during the Houston Texans-Ravens NFL game on Christmas Day with an unforgettable halftime show performance. The “Cowboy Carter” album launch concert marked the first time she performed songs from her 2024 album in front of a live audience.

The performance began with Beyoncé riding onto the field on horseback while singing “16 Carriages.” She was later joined by country singers Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, and Reyna Roberts for a cover of The Beatles’ classic hit “Blackbird.” Post Malone made a surprise appearance to perform their collaboration “Levii’s Jeans.”

Beyoncé also performed with a full marching band, accompanied by her daughter Blue Ivy during the song “Texas Hold ‘Em.” Before the performance, Queen Bey teased fans on social media with a video of herself stopping a rolling football and finger-picking a banjo to her hit song “Texas Hold ‘Em.”

The show was preceded by a performance from Mariah Carey, who sang her classic Christmas hit “All I Want For Christmas is You” in a pre-recorded video. The performance marked the 30th anniversary of the Grammy-winning singer’s iconic holiday song.

This marks Beyoncé’s latest NFL-related event appearance, following her Super Bowl headlining performances in 2013 and 2016, as well as appearances during Super Bowl commercials in 2024.
