Comedian Bill Maher has responded to comedian and actor Larry David’s New York Times op-ed criticizing his recent dinner with President Trump, saying that comparing the meeting to someone meeting Hitler was “insulting” to 6 million dead Jews. Maher defended his encounter with Trump, calling it a chance to discuss politics and said he didn’t find it comparable to meeting Hitler. The Real Time host also poked fun at David’s tone in the op-ed.
