Billie Eilish, Joni Mitchell, and Lady Gaga will perform at the first-ever fund-raising mega-event for fire relief efforts in Los Angeles, known as FireAid. The benefit concert, set to take place on January 30th, will be held at both the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
The event will feature a star-studded lineup, including Dave Matthews, Katy Perry, Stevie Nicks, Sting, Green Day, Jelly Roll, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gracie Abrams, Gwen Stefani, Lil Baby, Pink, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stephen Stills, and Tate McRae. A total of 23 artists will perform at the show.
FireAid will also be broadcast on select AMC movie theaters, various platforms including YouTube, Apple Music, Max, Paramount+, Prime Music, SiriusXM, and iHeartRadio. The concert’s proceeds will support a nonprofit organization focused on rebuilding infrastructure, supporting displaced families, and advancing fire prevention technologies to better prepare Los Angeles for future emergencies.
The event marks a shift in the music industry’s approach to pre-Grammy week festivities, with some parties canceled due to concerns over the Recording Academy’s decision to hold this year’s ceremony as scheduled. The Grammy Awards will take place on February 3rd, just three days after FireAid.
