The Black Eyed Peas have canceled their highly anticipated Las Vegas residency, scheduled to begin on February 15 at Planet Hollywood’s PH Live. The cancellation comes after months of speculation surrounding ticket sales.
According to the group, led by Will.i.am, Apl.de.ap, and Taboo, the decision was made due to “current circumstances.” Ticket providers have confirmed that all performances will receive full refunds automatically.
The trio had planned 15 shows at the venue, with three batches of dates spanning February through May. The residency was initially announced in September 2024 as a chance for Black Eyed Peas to push the boundaries of live performance.
Will.i.am explained that the group’s aim was to create an interactive show inspired by Disney rides, Las Vegas shows, and other influences. However, it seems this vision may not have come to fruition due to insufficient ticket sales.
The Black Eyed Peas’ latest release, the 2022 album “Elevation,” was followed by a tour and the recent single “Tonight” featuring Becky G.
