BLACKPINK Makes History at Wembley Stadium

BLACKPINK has made history by becoming the first K-pop girl group to headline London’s iconic Wembley Stadium. The four-member band performed two sold-out shows on consecutive nights, drawing in nearly 78,000 fans each night. Their high-energy show featured lasers, pyros, and their biggest hits, including “Kill This Love” and “How You Like That.”

The group expressed their gratitude to the fans for making their performance possible, with Lisa stating, “What an absolute honour to be performing here at Wembley Stadium.” The concert was a spectacle, featuring a giant video wall and strict choreography. However, the group loosened up and interacted with the crowd, joking around and hyping fans.

BLACKPINK’s Wembley show concluded the European leg of their “Deadline” world tour, which has 31 concerts in 16 cities worldwide. The tour began in Seoul amid tensions surrounding the group’s disbandment over ending individual contracts with YG last year. The band is set to perform in Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and other locations in Asia before heading to Hong Kong in 2026.
