Blake Lively Serves Hard Ball on Justin Baldoni’s Lawyers

Blake Lively has taken a strong stance against Justin Baldoni’s lawyers, sending out subpoenas to cell carriers AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, as well as alleged social media manipulator Jed Wallace. The move is part of her team’s effort to gather evidence for their defamation and extortion lawsuit against Baldoni.

According to the law firm representing Lively, attorneys Esra Hudson and Michael Gottlieb, the subpoenas will help expose those responsible for “destroying” and “burying” Lively’s reputation. They claim that Baldoni’s lawyers are seeking every single call, text, data log, and real-time location information for the past 2.5 years, which they argue is a “massive fishing expedition.”

Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman has downplayed the move, saying it’s an ordinary part of the litigation process. However, Lively’s team believes that the evidence will show Baldoni’s claims to be false and that they are desperate for any factual basis.

As the case against Baldoni and his production company Wayfarer Studios continues to unfold, Wallace’s role is under scrutiny. Lively’s team has accused Nathan and her team of working with Wallace to execute an online smear campaign against Lively.

The situation appears to be heating up as both sides prepare for their trial on March 29, 2026, in New York. With new developments emerging daily, one thing is clear: only time will tell what unfolds next in this highly publicized drama.
