I sprinkle chia seeds on yogurt, smoothies, and oatmeal for an extra fiber kick, with about 10 grams of fiber per serving. Organic mushrooms add volume and a touch of fiber to many dinner recipes, making them a great addition to beef dishes.

Finally, Kodiak Power Cakes flapjack and waffle mix provides a convenient way to boost protein and fiber into breakfasts. With 15 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per serving, it’s an impressive option for families or busy mornings.
