‘Breaking Bad’ Home in New Mexico Hits Market for $3.9 Million

The iconic home where the hit TV series “Breaking Bad” was filmed is now on the market for $3.9 million. The 1,910 square-foot property, which served as the main residence for Walter White’s character, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a dining room, living room, and kitchen. The home also boasts an attached two-car garage and a spacious backyard with a shaded sitting area, barbecue, and large swimming pool.

The property gained notoriety during its time on the show, where it was visited by fans despite its current owner’s wishes to keep it private. Joanne Quintana, the homeowner since 1973, recently spoke about her decision to sell the property, stating that she and her siblings are “done” with the fan visits.

Quintana shared behind-the-scenes secrets from the set, including a sweet story about Bryan Cranston’s struggles with his character’s illness in real life. The home was featured on the popular AMC series for five seasons, from 2008 to 2013, and won numerous awards during its run, including multiple Emmy Awards.

The property is now listed with agents David Christensen and Sonya Avila of Christensen Group | eXp Realty Luxury and Ryan Johnston of InterPhase Entertainment. Potential buyers will have the unique opportunity to step inside the world of Walter White and experience a piece of TV history for themselves.
