Brooke Hogan Honors Dad Hulk Hogan at Private Funeral Service

Brooke Hogan, daughter of WWE legend Hulk Hogan, was not in attendance at her father’s private funeral service in Florida on Tuesday. Instead, she chose a more intimate and personal way to honor him – watching the sunset with her family. The 34-year-old took to social media to explain her decision, saying her father “hated the morbidity of funerals” and preferred private celebrations.

Brooke shared a series of photos on Instagram showing herself, husband Steven Oleksy, and their twins enjoying a sunset on the beach. She wrote: “Daddy, we honored you in the simplest way that agreed with my soul.” The couple placed their babies in the same salty waters their father loved, and Brooke paid tribute to Hulk’s memory by sharing stories of special moments they shared.

Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24 after suffering a heart attack at his home. He had a history of atrial fibrillation and was 71 years old when he died. The WWE icon was estranged from Brooke in recent years, but she has since spoken out about their complex relationship. On Tuesday, friends and family gathered for a private funeral service at Indian Rocks Church, where Hulk was baptized in 2023. Other celebrities, including Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Stephanie McMahon, attended the service to pay tribute to the wrestling legend.
