Buffalo Bills Featured on HBO’s “Hard Knocks”

The NFL has modified its rules for selecting the teams participating in the reality documentary series “Hard Knocks” starting with the 2025 season. The change means the Buffalo Bills will be featured this summer, as they are not exempt due to their previous playoff appearance.

St. John Fisher University will serve as the primary filming location, capturing every moment of action on the field and around campus. The show’s cameras will focus on the team’s rookie class, particularly cornerback Maxwell Hairston, who is expected to compete with returning cornerback Tre’Davious White for starting snaps.

Running back James Cook will also be under scrutiny as he advocates for a raise before the 2025 season. His situation, along with his brother Dalvin Cook, may draw attention from viewers. Dion Dawkins, who has been nominated multiple times for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award, is likely to feature in the show.

Josh Allen will be prominently featured throughout the series, including his new deal with Skydance Sports, LLC. The couple, Josh and Hailee Steinfeld, are set to marry on May 31st and may appear together in the show.

The world will be watching how head coach Sean McDermott and general manager handle the pressure to win it all this summer. With the team’s offseason regimen as the focus of the show, fans who have never attended training camp can finally get a closer look at what happens on the fields of SJF each summer, provided they have HBO Max. The first episode will air August 5th, with new episodes dropping weekly at 9 p.m. EDT.
