Jey Uso’s 51-day reign as WWE World Heavyweight Champion came to an end this week, but fans of the wrestler have reason to smile according to Bully Ray. On “Busted Open Radio,” Ray stated that fans should be happy with what they got from Uso, even though he lost.
Ray explained that no one can win all the time and that even great teams experience losses. He praised Uso’s impressive championship run, which included a historic win over GUNTHER at WWE WrestleMania 41. Uso also successfully defended his title against Logan Paul and had a successful tag team victory with John Cena.
Ray expressed hope for a rematch between Uso and GUNTHER, stating that anything can happen on any given night. If Uso were to beat GUNTHER next week on “Raw,” Ray would love it, showing that fans of the wrestler still have cause for optimism despite the loss.
