A Washington restaurant has introduced a new age policy to attract older clientele and reduce noise disturbances. Elif Sam, the manager of Café 8, explains that the policy bans patrons under 30 after 8:30 p.m. in response to rowdy crowds and noise issues caused by younger patrons parking on the premises and partying in their cars.
