A leaked video advertisement for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has revealed new game features, including mechs and jet packs, ahead of the game’s planned Gamescom reveal later today. The trailer confirms a release date of November 14 for the game.
The leak shows a boss battle against a titan-sized opponent and suggests that jet packs are returning to the series in some form. However, content creators claim that the jet pack mechanic is not returning in the way fans might expect.
In terms of pricing, the leaked trailer also confirms that the Standard Edition of Black Ops 7 will cost $69.99 / €79.99, while the Vault Edition – which includes extra content – will be priced at $99.99 / €109.99. This would mark Microsoft’s first $80 game, following a price hike in May for Xbox consoles and announced plans to charge $80 for games later this year.
The leak comes ahead of Tuesday’s Gamescom reveal, where more details about the upcoming game are expected to be revealed.
