Call of Duty: Warzone Gets Second Ranked Mode with Rebirth Island

Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 is set to introduce a new competitive mode, Ranked Resurgence, alongside its existing Verdansk map-based Ranked mode. This update brings the total number of ranked playlists to two, adding more variety for players and teams competing in the game’s esports scene.

Ranked Resurgence will feature smaller Rebirth Island maps, reduced player counts, and respawn abilities. Eliminated players will redeploy after a countdown timer expires. The team with the most Skill Rating (SR) points at the end of the match wins.

The addition of Ranked Resurgence may split Warzone’s competitive player base, as some prefer the slower pace of Verdansk, while others enjoy constant action on Rebirth Island. However, this new mode also presents an opportunity for new talent to compete at the highest level by showcasing their skills in open qualifiers and potentially competing at the World Series of Warzone.

The launch of Ranked Resurgence marks a significant update to Warzone’s competitive scene, offering more choices for players and teams looking to climb the ranks.
