China has taken a significant step in expanding its domestic laws across international borders by banning companies, both within and outside China, from selling certain goods to the US. This move aims to replicate the extraterritorial reach of US and European sanctions on Chinese products or goods containing Chinese parts.
As part of this announcement, China has declared a ban on the sale of dual-use items to the American military and the export of materials such as gallium and germanium to the US. This new regulation is part of an effort to strengthen its domestic laws and ensure compliance with its export control regulations.
