The model, 71, shared an Instagram post paying tribute to the musician, who share their daughter Alexa Ray Joel, and wished him a full and speedy recovery.
Billy Joel recently announced that he will be canceling all scheduled concerts following his NPH diagnosis due to specific physical therapy under his doctor’s instructions. Christie Brinkley expressed her support for Billy’s health by referencing one of his famous songs, “Piano Man,” saying, “You’re our piano man… And we’re always in the mood for your melodies.”
The couple divorced in 1994 but share a close bond as parents to Alexa Ray Joel, who also honored Billy with her own tribute post on social media.
