Anthropic’s Claude AI family will now be integrated into personal and business accounts on Google Workspace. This integration enables users to connect advanced artificial intelligence capabilities to their Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs information. Users can analyze internal data without manually uploading files to Claude, allowing it to act as a more effective virtual assistant.
By connecting Claude to your Google account, you’ll gain access to new features such as Research mode. This feature enables Claude to search the web and internal documents, providing lengthy reports within minutes. The integration uses “enterprise-grade security” to maintain confidentiality while delivering precise answers.
Claude will be available to anyone with a paid subscription, with organizations requiring administrative approval for integration. Organizations can also analyze their Google Drive data through Claude Enterprise plans. This integration aims to enhance the effectiveness of Claude as a virtual assistant and provide users with more efficient task management capabilities.
