As a result, Cloudflare took action to prevent further malicious activity on its network, blocking all traffic from Incapsula’s IP addresses. This decision has affected several websites and services that rely on Incapsula for security and performance enhancements.
The exact cause of the issue is not publicly known, but it is believed to be related to a configuration problem within one of Incapsula’s customer applications. Cloudflare has stated that it is working with Incapsula to resolve the issue and restore normal traffic flow as soon as possible.
In the meantime, websites and services affected by this incident are being rerouted through alternative networks or servers to minimize disruption to users.
