Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour has shattered records with 10 million ticket sales and $1 billion in revenue. Next week, the band will broadcast their biggest-ever show from Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium to a live stream across India on Disney+ Hotstar.
The event will also feature exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and mark the Republic Day gig as the tour’s largest show yet. The band will perform at Mumbai’s D.Y. Patil Stadium on Jan 18, 19, and 21 before streaming their new companion movie, A Film For the Future, via 360-degree screenings.
Coldplay’s partnership with Disney+ Hotstar is expected to make premium entertainment more accessible to a wider audience across India, offering unparalleled immersive experiences through advanced technology. The band will also launch a fan-led remix of the movie powered by Microsoft AI on Jan 22.
