Colts Owners Take Helm Under Jim Irsay’s Daughters’ Leadership

The Indianapolis Colts today announced the transition of team ownership from late owner Jim Irsay to his three daughters – Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, and Kalen Jackson. All three have served as Vice Chair/Owner since 2012 and will assume new roles, effective immediately.

Carlie Irsay-Gordon will become Owner & CEO, with all three sisters sharing leadership duties for the club. Casey Foyt will become Owner & Executive Vice President, while Kalen Jackson takes on Owner & Chief Brand Officer and President of the Indianapolis Colts Foundation.

The Colts are one of the few NFL franchises under sole family ownership, a legacy established by Jim Irsay’s father, Robert, who acquired the team in 1972. Jim Irsay passed away on May 21, 2025, and his daughters will carry on his legacy.

Carlie Irsay-Gordon has been involved in all aspects of the club for 14 seasons and holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. Casey Foyt worked for the NFL in London and focused on marketing and community relations during her tenure with the Colts. Kalen Jackson oversees various functions, including family philanthropy initiatives, and serves as president of the Indianapolis Colts Women’s Organization.

The transition marks an important chapter in the team’s history, as Jim Irsay’s daughters take the reins under his guidance. The Colts’ new leadership will aim to build on their father’s success, earning 10 division championships, two AFC Championships, and a Super Bowl victory during his tenure.
