Comedian and regular guest on Gutfeld!, Tyler Fischer, claims he’s been banned from the popular Fox News Channel after asking an employee out for coffee. According to Fischer, Fox News has “gone full woke” and kicked him off due to his actions.
Fischer said he has proof and is seeking legal counsel for defamation, calling his ban “absolutely insane.” The comedian claimed that he was not paid a dime for his appearances on the show despite putting in significant work. He accused the network of canceling him months ago and having its regular guests ghost him since then.
A source close to the situation described Fischer’s request as “not friendly” and said it was seen as an advance from a man towards a woman, which is now labeled as toxic masculinity. Fischer believes that Fox News claims to fight wokeness but actually supports it, even for one of its top recurring guests like him.
Fischer also took to social media to express his concerns, stating that he would not allow himself to be silenced and that he’s prepared to take legal action against the network. This is not the first time Fischer has taken legal action over what he believes to be Hollywood’s “woke” agenda affecting his career.
