The Congress party has denied any involvement in the vandalism at actor Allu Arjun’s residence in Hyderabad. The denial comes after unverified social media posts linked Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to the attack, which occurred on Sunday evening over the Sandhya Theatre stampede incident that claimed a woman’s life.
Congress spokesperson Sama Ram Mohan Reddy stated that if any Congress workers are found to be involved in the vandalism, they will face consequences. The chief minister has also condemned the incident and vowed to take strict action against law and order.
Six individuals accused of vandalising Allu Arjun’s residence were granted bail on Monday morning after being produced before a Hyderabad court. Protesters claimed to be students from Osmania University entered the premises, throwing tomatoes and damaging property, but security personnel intervened, leading to their detention.
