A woman, described as a high-profile Wall Street executive, is suing former UFC champion Conor McGregor over an alleged sexual assault that took place at the Kaseya Center in Miami during the 2023 NBA final game on June 9. The lawsuit claims that arena staff and security had actual knowledge of McGregor’s behavior but failed to provide adequate protection.
The woman alleges that she was led to a men’s bathroom, where McGregor assaulted her. Authorities investigated the allegations four months later but declined to file criminal charges. McGregor’s attorney has not commented on the matter. This is not McGregor’s first allegation of sexual misconduct; in November, he faced a civil court judgment in Ireland for allegedly “brutally raping and battering” a woman.
