Cloud-computing provider CoreWeave Inc. listed on the market with its $1.5 billion initial public offering, but the stock opened 2.5% below the offer price, closing at $39 per share. The company initially planned to sell 49 million shares for $47-$55 each, raising up to $2.7 billion. Instead, it sold 37.5 million shares for $40 apiece, resulting in a lower raised capital amount.
