Cracker Barrel CEO Hails Positive Reception to Redesigned Logo and Locations

Cracker Barrel’s new logo has sparked mixed reviews, but the chain’s CEO says the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. In an interview with “Good Morning America,” Julie Masino discussed the company’s recent redesign efforts, including a revamped logo, remodeled locations, and a new campaign dubbed “All the More.”

Masino emphasized that the goal of the redesign is to make Cracker Barrel feel modern while maintaining its country roots. The new logo features a simplified text-only design with the brand name displayed in dark brown font against a golden-yellow background.

The company has also enlisted country music singer Jordan Davis to promote the “All the More” campaign, which highlights the chain’s retail shop, hospitality, and scratch-made food. Masino said customer feedback on new menu items has been positive, and the restaurant is reinvigorating its dinner menu.

In light of tariff-induced costs, Cracker Barrel will consider domestic sourcing for goods while also exploring ways to mitigate the impact. The company remains committed to serving customers a great value with an average check price of $15, compared to the industry standard of $27.

Masino’s comments come after the chain rolled out its redesigned interiors and new logo, which have sparked both praise and criticism on social media. Despite this, Cracker Barrel’s CEO is confident that the company is on the right track, with a strong focus on customer feedback and innovation.
