The crash occurred around 9:30 p.m. at Broad and Spring Garden streets, near where police found a silver Mercedes involved in the incident. Several injuries included fractures, with none being life-threatening. The driver, Rebekah DeShields of Narberth, was arrested for charges including Aggravated Assault, Driving without a License, Simple Assault, and Reckless Driving.
