A credit card skimmer has been discovered on a 7-Eleven store register in Camden County, according to police. The device was found at the convenience store’s checkout location at 521 W. Kings Highway in Mount Ephraim. Store employees reported the skimmer on Wednesday.
The Mt. Ephraim Police Department is urging anyone who has shopped at this 7-Eleven or used the credit card machine recently to review their banking transactions for any suspicious activity. Skimmers are devices that collect credit or debit card information, which can be used by thieves.
