David Ellison has finalized his executive leadership team at Paramount Global, a year after announcing the Skydance acquisition deal. The new management includes former NBCUniversal CEO Jeff Shell as president, Andy Gordon as COO, and George Cheeks as chair of TV media.
Cindy Holland, former Netflix scripted TV chief, will lead streaming businesses, including Paramount+. Dana Goldberg, Skydance chief content officer, and Josh Greenstein, former Sony Pictures executive, have been named co-chairs of the studio. The new team aims to foster collaboration between creative and technical talent, leveraging leading technologies to drive storytelling and artistic vision.
Other senior executives include Jim Sterner, who will lead human resources from Amazon Entertainment, Stephanie Kyoko McKinnon as general counsel, Melissa Zukerman as chief communications officer, and Andrew Warren as interim CFO. The appointments come after the Skydance deal closes later this week, with RedBird Capital providing financial capital for the acquisition.
