To address this, the Defense Matrix is introducing technology that recognizes seasoned players on new accounts, promoting fair matchmaking and providing AI-controlled bots for new players to practice.
Positive communication is also a priority. The team uses machine learning technology to detect and respond to disruptive chat and gameplay behaviors, issuing warnings, silences, and suspensions as needed. Players can report disruptive behavior directly from the scoreboard, helping the system catch and address these issues faster.
