Dell has made significant changes to its XPS laptop lineup, replacing the traditional XPS brand. The new “Pro” laptops boast a unique design feature: most USB-C ports and batteries are now user-replaceable. According to Dell PM Katie Green, this is a first for the company, with modular USB-C ports that can be easily accessed without soldering. While not all features have been made available to consumers yet, Dell plans to expand modularity in the future, but no timeline has been announced.
