Delta Air Lines Unveils Vision for Next Century at CES 2025

Delta Air Lines has announced several new partnerships and innovations aimed at enhancing the travel experience for its customers. The airline unveiled its vision for the next century at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, where CEO Ed Bastian discussed the company’s commitment to innovation with a focus on putting people first.

One key collaboration is with Qualtrics, a Provo-based company that provides personalized travel experiences through AI-powered tools. Delta will use these tools to better understand its customers’ preferences and deliver tailored recommendations.

The airline has also partnered with Joby Aviation, an electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft that aims to operate as an air taxi service. This partnership aims to transform the travel experience by reducing traffic congestion.

Additionally, Delta is introducing a new in-flight entertainment system called Delta Sync, which combines Wi-Fi with a curated seatback experience featuring YouTube content. The airline has also partnered with Uber to create seamless transitions between air and ground travel, allowing SkyMiles members to earn miles for eligible rides and deliveries.

These partnerships demonstrate Delta’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. With its focus on putting people first and leveraging technology to enhance the travel experience, Delta is poised for a successful future in the skies.
