Demi Moore’s daughter Tallulah Willis has shared a cryptic comment about her ex-stepfather Ashton Kutcher, sparking interest in their complicated past. The 31-year-old actress made the comment while discussing step-parenting on Gwyneth Paltrow’s recent post.
Tallulah seemed to imply that she had personal experience with Ashton, who was married to Demi from 2005 to 2013. When asked directly if she was talking about Kutcher, Tallulah confirmed and expressed the importance of having an open conversation about their past.
Despite her previous reluctance to speak about her mother’s marriage to Ashton, Tallulah shared a glimpse into her experience during an interview on Stars On Mars in 2023. She recalled how she struggled with her emotions after her mother started dating Ashton but eventually found solace and love for herself.
Tallulah also reflected on her mother’s memoir Inside Out, where Demi alleged that Ashton was unfaithful on several occasions. However, Tallulah seemed to hold no grudges against Kutcher, emphasizing the importance of finding closure without vilifying anyone.
Ashton has never publicly commented on the allegations made by Demi in her book. However, he did discuss his experience with becoming a stepfather during an interview for People’s Choice Award-winning star, where he shared how it changed his life and struggled with feelings of failure after their marriage ended.
The Ranch star also expressed his love for Moore’s daughters and stated that he makes a conscious effort to stay in touch with them because of the bond they shared when he was their stepfather. Despite knowing he is not their father, Ashton respects their boundaries and wishes them well in their futures.
