Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a second superseding indictment that accuses him of threatening and physically abusing his employees, as well as forcing them to work long hours with little sleep. The 15-page document, obtained by Rolling Stone, focuses on Combs’ alleged abusive treatment and forced labor of employees who worked across multiple businesses.
According to the indictment, Combs used physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm to control certain employees’ lives and make them comply with his demands. One employee was allegedly subjected to sex acts with Combs after he used physical force, physiological harm, financial harm, and threats of the same.
Combs remains charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution, facing 15 years to life in prison if convicted. His defense attorney Marc Agnifilo claims that many former employees will vouch for Combs’ dedication and hard work, but prosecutors paint a picture of a dangerous and abusive man who used his company as a “criminal enterprise” to commit various offenses.
The new indictment adds to the growing list of allegations against Combs, with over a dozen people claiming he physically attacked, drugged, or sexually assaulted them between 2016 and 2024. As Combs prepares for trial in May, his defense team has claimed that he is a changed man who sought professional help and went to rehab to address substance-use issues.
