Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared noticeably thinner during his recent court hearing in New York, according to Law & Crime reporter Elizabeth Millner. The 55-year-old rapper has been incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his September arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Combs’ legal team has maintained that he is fit, healthy, and focused on his defense. He has been active and remains in good spirits, with his lawyers stating that “the truth will prevail” in court. Combs denies the allegations against him and is set to go to trial on May 5.
The rapper’s appearance has changed significantly since his arrest, with Millner noting that he looks grayer and thinner than previously reported. His sons, Justin Combs and Christian “King” Combs, were present in court on Wednesday, but cameras are not allowed for this trial.
Prosecutors have stated that they plan to provide all discovery in the case by the end of the year, which includes information and evidence from each party involved. The case is expected to move forward with another pretrial hearing set for March 17, 2025.
